A chonky fluff who loves counting his KIBBLE and eating the finest caviar money can buy. He works at the town treasury and although can be seen as standoff-ish he's really very soft at heart.

Background

Theodore is in charge of making sure the town economy is running smoothly, ensuring that all able bodied cats are put to work and generating enough floofs to allow Cat Town to grow and prosper. He manages the fees and taxes required to keep the town running and attract new villagers.
