Welcome to Cat Town! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our onchain game, Cat Town, operated by Trine Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using Cat Town, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our game.
This website and application is not available to any resident of Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea (annexed area), Donetsk People's Republic (aka DNR), Luhansk People's Republic (aka LNR), Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Haiti, Mali, Libya, Russia, or Belarus. This list is subject to change at any time to remain in line with the current list of UK sanctioned countries.
Use of Cat Town
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from our players. You can play Cat Town with the assurance that your privacy is respected.
Public Blockchain Interaction: By using Cat Town, you may interact with public blockchains, specifically the Base blockchain (https://www.base.org/). Transactions on these blockchains are public and are not controlled by us.
Third-Party Services: Cat Town may contain links to third-party services, including wallet connection services, that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content within Cat Town, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trine Studios or its licensors and is protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.
Prohibited Conduct

Cat Town is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the game, including its reliability or availability. You play Cat Town at your own risk. While we have our smart contracts audited and develop with a security conscious mindset, we can never guarantee no risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trine Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cat Town. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage shall be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) to use Cat Town.
